WHO WE ARE:

Formerly CentraCare – Paynesville Care Center, we are now known as Paynesville Health Care Center

and are a part of Hilltop Health Care Center and Premier Healthcare Management. As a 52-bed senior living campus in Paynesville, MN, we have been serving community needs since 1964.

In 2022 we added Koronis Place, a 49 apartment independent and assisted living building.

We strive to continually be innovative in providing the continuum of care, thereby creating an atmosphere attractive to residents and staff, and are excited to continue our commitment to excellent care and service at our new Paynesville location.
